Do I need to set up an account to make an order?
No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you’ll need is your contact and shipping information!
I’m having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?
Oh no! please try resetting your password initially. If this still doesn’t work please contact us at accounts@storessa.co.za and we’ll try and help!
How do I reset my password?
If you can’t remember your password, we’ll need to reset that for you. Simply refer to the accounts page of your account store to change it.
How can I access my wish list?
You can find you wish list on the main navigation menu of you selected store.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.
How can I remove my personal information from your database?
If you would like all information regarding yourself removed from our storessa database, please email us at accounts@storessa.co.za

What delivery options do you offer?

International Delivery
We currently do not ship outside the Republic of South Africa.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How does your South African standard delivery service work?
If you order with us before 3pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us on orders@storessa.co.za. We’ll get back to you in 24hrs.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, we currently deliver with number of courier companies and you can track your order here.
What happens if nobody’s in when my order is delivered?
As we currently ship with several courier companies, we may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect.
If you would like to pass on a preferable delivery day, time or safe place to leave your parcel, please contact us and we’ll be happy to pass the information on to the courier.
It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
If courier companies have attempted to deliver your parcel after three attempts this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded.
Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box Address.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards – American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, as well as payments made by PayPal and EFT.
Do you sell gift cards?
No, this feature is not available at the moment. We will add it soon.
Do you offer student discount?
No, we currently do not have this feature. We’re working on it.
My discount code didn’t work?
Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?
No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
