Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive the returned item StoresSA will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

The provision of goods and services by StoresSA is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, StoresSA will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of Payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return
